What we collect and why
Inquiries. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email, message, project type, and any company or budget information you choose to provide. We use these details to respond, discuss requested services, and maintain related business records. Required fields are marked; without them we cannot process the form. Do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.
Security and delivery. Our hosting and security providers process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser information, and request times, to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare Turnstile checks contact forms for abuse. Our rate limiter uses a time-windowed hash derived from an IP address; the inquiry record does not include the raw IP address. This necessary processing can occur even when you reject analytics.
Optional analytics. If configured and you accept analytics, Google Analytics measures public page visits and may process cookie identifiers, device/browser information, and approximate location. Google Tag Manager may deliver the analytics tags. Our page-view events omit URL query strings, fragments, incoming referrer URLs, and contact-form contents. We do not enable advertising tags or personalized advertising in this integration.
Your cookie choices
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager stay unloaded until you accept analytics. Rejecting, ignoring, or closing the settings does not grant consent. No Google analytics requests, including cookieless measurement pings, are intentionally sent before acceptance.
Accept and reject are available on the first notice. Use Cookie settings in the footer at any time to withdraw consent. Withdrawal stops future analytics by reloading the page and removes accessible Google analytics cookies for this site; it does not undo prior lawful processing or remove records already held by Google.
We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track by keeping optional analytics off, including when a previous choice allowed it. Choices are specific to this browser and site. Clearing storage or using another browser requires a new choice.

Providers and international processing
Cloudflare provides hosting, the D1 database for inquiries, R2 file storage, security, and staff access protection. Amazon Web Services SES delivers inquiry notification emails to our team; our email provider processes the resulting correspondence. Google provides optional analytics and tag delivery after consent. Authorized staff and service providers may access information as needed to provide these services.
Providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where applicable, international transfers require appropriate contractual or other legal safeguards. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy, AWS’s privacy notice, and Google’s privacy policy.
Legal grounds and retention
Where these legal concepts apply, we rely on consent for optional analytics; taking steps at your request before a contract or performing a contract for service inquiries; legitimate interests for reasonable security and business administration; and legal obligations for records we must retain.
Inquiry records and related emails are retained for handling your request, follow-up, and applicable business or legal record requirements. Contact records currently require manual review and deletion; this site does not automatically erase them after a fixed period. Ask us about retention or request deletion using the address above. Provider logs, backups, and analytics records follow the retention settings and obligations of those services. Our cookie choice expires after 180 days; this is separate from retention of analytics reports.
Your rights
Depending on your location and the laws that apply, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your data, restriction, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time without losing access to the site. Contact us to exercise these rights; we may need proportionate information to verify your identity. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Where applicable, US state privacy laws provide rights concerning sale, sharing, and targeted advertising, and protection against discrimination for exercising rights. This integration does not enable targeted advertising, and browser opt-out signals disable its optional analytics. Contact us for questions about applicable rights or to appeal a request decision.
Children and policy changes
Our business inquiry service is intended for adults representing organizations and businesses. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.
We update this notice when our practices change. Material changes to analytics purposes require a new consent choice before the new tracking is enabled.
